Today when walking to work I picked up a fruit smoothie titled 'Good Morning' and vaguely wondered, as i sucked the deep purple mixture of mango, blueberries, banana, orange juice & Good Morning Booster, just what its nutritional information would be. As with all the new 'fresh food eateries they dont have to supply you with the nutritional information on the packaging but i did check on their website (www.crussh.com) and found that it was listed there.. Oh the horror!! I was getting the small and it was a whopping 308 Kcal. Thats the same as a massive salad i usually get from EAT (www.eat.co.uk).
Its amazing as I know that it was going to be loaded with sugar but didnt realise the extent of the damage. Need to buy yogurt and berries to get my usual breakfast routine back in place.
Yes I know Im getting quite focused (and yes thats the word I’m using) but it seems to me the only way to loose weight is to eat less Kcal than I utilise.
Again i'm at work with not much to do.. sigh..
