www.wikipedia.com is an online free encyclopedia that any one can post to/edit. It tends to have articles on just about anything you can imagine or that someone has studied.

Today i was following a ‘wiki’-link, posted on a networking site ,for my old high school and was amazed at the amount of information the article contained. At the bottom there is even a list of ‘famous’ ex-students and when i saw tanya blanco i just had to click.. unfortunately there was no page but this did lead me to think about all the people who may have articles about them in Wiki and have no idea. Not wanting to be one of these people I typed in my first name. The first link relates to the actual origin of my name (Darkover Fantasy Series) but the second (List of Watercourses in Australia) was most surprising! It turns out there is a Callina Creek!! I feel so proud to have a landmark named after me!!
